About iGaming Operations
Outsourced player support and the customer operations around it, for US operators, sweepstakes platforms, and gaming-technology companies. One industry, staffed on the hours players write in.

Support that holds on a launch night and a quiet Tuesday.
Coverage, playbooks, and QA, on a launch night and on a quiet Tuesday.
A note from the founder
Founder, iGaming Operations
I started iGaming Operations because player support in this industry was being treated like a generic queue. Operators, sweepstakes platforms and gaming-technology companies serving US players do not have a generic player. They have time zones, redemption rules, identity checks and responsible-gaming duties that have to hold at two in the morning.
The company is US-focused on purpose. The products, the languages and the way a night shift hands work to the morning are specific. I wanted an operation built around that, not a vertical added to a roster that covers unrelated industries the same week.
Operations come first. Coverage, playbooks, quality review and escalation are the offer. Technology can draft, tag and widen a sample. It does not replace the judgment a VIP conversation, a verification hold or a responsible-gaming contact requires.
Why only US iGaming
A team that covers another industry on Thursday will not be fluent in a Sweeps Coins redemption on Friday night. The regulations, the clocks, and the products are the job.
What we will not trade
- 01
The same rules at 3am
A quiet hour and a launch hour follow one handover, one escalation path, one scorecard.
- 02
The record, and nothing beside it
An agent tells a player what the playbook and the system of record support.
- 03
Wellbeing outranks the account
A self-exclusion is actioned inside your program, including when the player is VIP.
- 04
Accuracy over headcount
QA and contact reasons exist so the operation gets sharper, not only larger.
Where we operate
For US players and US-facing brands. Coverage is built on Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time.
Player support first. Operations follow the same method.
KYC, payments, retention, and AI sit on the same system as the queue. They are added when the method holds, not announced as if they already do.
