Responsible gaming support, built into every shift
Responsible gaming support for the requests and signals that show up in ordinary conversations: limits, cool-off, self-exclusion and the moments an agent should stop and escalate.

00Direct answer
What does responsible gaming support involve?
Responsible gaming support is the frontline handling of RG requests and risk signals inside the operator's own program. Agents apply the limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion steps you have authorised, recognise when a conversation should not continue as a service chat, and record what they did. They do not design your RG policy, and they do not make clinical judgments. Your program, your decisions, your records.
01What's included
What our RG support covers
- 01
Deposit, purchase limits and cool-off requests
Players who ask for a limit or a cool-off are helped through the control your product already offers. Agents do not talk them out of it.
- 02
Self-exclusion requests
Taken at face value and actioned on the path your policy names, including when the request arrives in a chat about something else.
- 03
Risk-signal recognition and escalation
Distress, repeated attempts to reverse a protection, and third-party concerns are escalated the same shift. Agents are not scored for keeping the player active.
- 04
Resource signposting per operator policy
If your policy names resources to share, agents share those and only those. We do not add consumer helplines you have not approved.
02How we run it
How agents are trained on responsible gaming
New agents complete an RG module before they take live contacts: how to hear a request, how to apply your controls, what they must never promise, and when to escalate. Refreshers run on a set cadence, and after any policy change.
Coaching uses real, anonymised contacts from your queues.
03How we run it
Your RG program, your decisions
We document and escalate. We do not rewrite thresholds, exclusion durations or reinstatement rules. If a player disputes a decision, the case goes to the owner you named, with the transcript.
This is also how VIP player support is governed. Commercial importance never outranks an RG flag. The same standard is part of how we describe the company on About.
04How we run it
Supporting state-specific requirements
Playbooks are configured for the states and products you are live in, using the procedures your compliance team confirms.
Where you enter a new state, the RG section of the playbook is updated before agents are asked to handle that traffic. KYC support is updated in the same pass when identity rules change with it.

Questions about this service
Do you provide our responsible gaming policy?
No. Responsible gaming support executes the policy you already have, including the controls in your product. Drafting policy is a matter for your compliance team and counsel.
Are VIP players treated differently when they ask for a limit?
The request is treated the same, or more carefully, never less. VIP support does not include talking a player out of a protection.
Will agents quote a helpline number?
Only if your policy tells them to, and only the resources you have approved. We do not add consumer helpline claims on our own.
Are agents certified in responsible gaming?
Training is mandatory before live contacts. External certifications are listed only when they are actually held.
