iGaming Operations

Why usThe case

A method for US iGaming outsourcing.

US-only focus. 24/7 coverage. QA you can read. People send the hard messages.

What is actually different

  1. 01

    US iGaming only

Eastern through Pacific. English and Spanish. State-aware playbooks. Nothing else on the roster.

  2. 02

    Sweepstakes is its own language

Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, purchases, redemptions, restricted states. Not a casino script with the nouns swapped.

  3. 03

The queue is not the whole job

Support, then KYC, payments, QA, and the roster around them. Buy the desk, or the operation.

  4. 04

    The method is written down

Coverage, scorecards, and escalation are shared with you. Response targets and sample rates live in the contract.

  5. 05

    People send the hard messages

Tools triage and draft. VIP, responsible gaming, disputes, and identity stay with a person.

  6. 06

    Your responsible-gaming program stays yours

Agents follow it, record it, and do not outrank it for a VIP.

Why outsource iGaming customer support

iGaming customer support outsourcing

  1. Nights without a hiring cycle

A staffed overnight does not wait on your next requisition. The start date is agreed after discovery.

  2. A price you can see

Per agent or per program, after the contact mix is known. Shrinkage stays in our roster.

  3. Specialists, not a shared script

Payments, verification, and responsible gaming are trained apart. A redemption rule is not learned beside a baggage policy.

  4. Your team keeps the decisions

Product, markets, and regulated calls stay with you. The queue has an owner either way.

How a launch actually runs

Five steps, from discovery through a live roster.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map channels, states, contact reasons, and the tools of record. You mark what stays with the operator: policy, brand voice, and regulated decisions. If the fit is wrong, the work stops here.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Coverage hours, roster shape, and price are written after that map. The proposal names the queues, the escalation path, and the QA sample.

  3. 03

    Training

Agents learn the product, the brand voice, and the helpdesk login. Payments, KYC, and responsible gaming are separate playbooks, each with the escalation rule for that queue. Macros are yours. We do not paste a generic script over them.

  4. 04

    Pilot

A limited queue goes live. Reviewers score the same contacts for accuracy, policy, tone, compliance, and resolution, then coach against the gaps. The morning handover is rehearsed before the roster grows.

  5. 05

    Scale

Headcount and specialist queues move when a state or a product launches, using the same playbooks. Targets for response and sample rate are the ones written in the contract.

Quality is a scorecard, not a slogan.

  1. 01

    Five marks

Accuracy, policy, tone, compliance, resolution. A warm reply that misstates a redemption fails.

  2. 02

    Calibration

Reviewers score the same contact and close the gap. Otherwise the mark is a mood.

  3. 03

    Coaching with a date

A miss becomes a note and a day. The same miss twice is a playbook problem.

  4. 04

    A short list for you

Weekly themes. Monthly decisions. Sample rate and response targets live in the contract.

  5. 05

    Escalation with the history attached

Tier 1 follows the playbook. A miss, a dispute, or a regulated case goes to tier 2 with the transcript, the policy cited, and what was already tried. The operator gets that same packet, not a fresh retelling.

How access and data are handled

  • PCI DSS-aware payment handling
  • GDPR and CCPA-aware data handling
  • Responsible gaming protocols
  • NDAs and least-privilege access

KYC supportResponsible gamingAI governance

  1. Named access

Least privilege. Removed when someone leaves. No shared logins.

  2. Your review, walked through

Managed devices, and the controls your security team asks to walk through.

  3. Data stays in your systems

NDAs are available. VIP and verification notes are need-to-know.

  4. Known controls

Least privilege, NDAs, and the reviews your security team asks for.

Questions before you outsource

Why outsource iGaming customer support instead of hiring?

Hiring gets you people. It does not, by itself, get you nights, a QA system, or playbooks for payments and responsible gaming. Outsourcing is a way to buy that operating system and scale it when a state or a launch arrives. The comparison is on this page, and the service detail is iGaming customer support outsourcing.

How are you different from a generalist BPO?

We work only in US iGaming. Agents are not rotating in from an unrelated industry the same week. Sweepstakes, operator and platform work each have their own language, and the methods — coverage, QA, escalation, AI governance — are published rather than implied.

What do we still control?

Policies, brand voice, regulated decisions and the tools of record. You can review leads, sit in calibration and change a playbook. We run recruiting, scheduling, coaching and the queue.

Where are the case studies?

They are not on this site until a client has approved a story and the figures in it. When one exists, it will say what was measured and who confirmed it.
