iGaming email and call center support
An iGaming call center and email operation for the contacts that should not be rushed through chat: documented disputes, older player demographics, VIP conversations and anything that needs a file.

When do players need email and phone support?
Players move to email or the phone when the issue is complex, sensitive, or needs a document. Verification files, payment disputes, formal complaints and many VIP conversations belong there. An iGaming call center is not a generic answering service. Agents need the same playbooks as chat, plus the discipline of a recorded case and a queue that does not silently age.
01In practice
Email and ticket support
Ticket triage and tagging
Incoming mail is classified against your contact-reason taxonomy so reporting and routing stay consistent with chat.
SLA-based queues
Queues are worked to agreed response targets. Aged tickets stay visible.
Backlog recovery
If you already have a backlog, a time-boxed recovery plan can sit alongside steady-state coverage. We confirm this before quoting it.
Macro libraries
Approved language for recurring answers, with room for the agent to add the specific status. Macros are reviewed when policies change.
02In practice
Inbound voice support
Call routing and IVR alignment
We map your existing IVR and queues. We do not redesign telephony you have not asked us to touch.
Call QA and recording policies
Calls are sampled under your recording and retention rules. Scorecards match the written channels, with extra weight on disclosure and verification.
Callback handling
Missed calls and promised callbacks are queued with an owner, so a player is not left waiting on a note in a chat transcript.
03How we run it
Outbound calls
Outbound voice is optional and narrow: verification follow-ups and VIP outreach where you already have consent and a lawful reason to call. It is not a sales floor, and it stops immediately where a responsible-gaming flag or a do-not-contact rule applies.
If outbound is not in your program, it is left out of the proposal. Pair voice with VIP player support only where your hosts want a senior agent on the line, and with multilingual support where Spanish-language coverage is required.

Questions about this service
Can phone support run overnight?
Yes. Overnight voice can be part of 24/7 iGaming support, or limited to overflow around an in-house day team. Holiday coverage is planned in the same roster, not added the week of the holiday.
How are email SLAs different from chat?
Chat is measured in seconds or minutes. Email is measured in hours, with priority queues for payments, verification, and complaints. Each channel has its own response target in the contract.
Who owns call recordings?
You do. Recordings stay in your telephony or helpdesk under your retention policy. Agents access them only to handle the case or to complete QA.
Do you run outbound sales calls?
No. Outbound, if offered, is limited to consented service follow-ups such as verification or a VIP contact your team has requested. It is not used to push play.
